Connecting your Pay TV to your new home

How to connect your Pay TV to your new home?

You can either spend your time trying to find a reputable provider, calling around, and waiting on hold, or R&W Connect can take the leg work out by connecting your Pay TV on your behalf. We’re a free service, we provide you with a great range of providers and we can arrange other services for you at the same time.

  • 2. Choose the supplier and plan that you like for each service you'd like us to connect.
  • 3. Provide us your details and we will arrange the connection for you.

How much does it cost?

A Pay TV connection can include the following types of costs:

  • One-off hardware costs. You may need to pay a fee for the set top box and additional outlets for your home.
  • One-off installation fees.
  • Ongoing monthly service fees, covering your subscription.

Don’t forget major Pay TV providers offer some great deals and special offers at any given time. Incentives sometimes include free installation and free access periods (i.e. 3 months). How does it work?

R&W Connect will confirm your move date with you and other key information with you (including the package/channels that you would like, additional units/outlets etc) and then lodge the request with your chosen Pay TV provider.

We then check with the supplier afterwards to confirm receipt of your order, and at that time - send you further information including your order number and other relevant details. Then the Pay TV supplier will contact you to arrange a time for a technician to install.
