You can either spend your time trying to find a reputable provider, calling around, and waiting on hold, or R&W Connect can take the leg work out by connecting the phone on your behalf. We’re a free service, we provide you with a great range of providers and we can arrange other services for you at the same time.

As with most essential services, it is always best to give your phone provider plenty of time to connect your phone line. We advise people to notify their telephone provider at least 5 business days prior to moving.
If you’re moving into a newly built home you will need to ensure that your electrician or builder has arranged for the required infrastructure to be installed to the property. Once this has been done then we can connect all of your required services.
When we receive your request they will establish if the property has an active phone line, or if no active phone line has been installed.
From there, if a phone has been connected previously, we can usually arrange for your phone to be connected within 48 hours.
If the property you’re moving into hasn’t had a phone connected recently, we may need to arrange an appointment for a technician to visit the property.
This can take 3-5 working days for your phone to be connected.
